River Conditions
We want you to be safe and have fun on the Hocking River. Please only use the below as a guide to the river conditions. Do not canoe or kayak above your skill level.
100 CFPS
The river is LOWER than normal. No rafts allowed. Tubing & kayaking is recommended. Children under 12 and non-swimmers MUST always wear life jackets.
100 – 700 CFPS
IDEAL water conditions for canoeing, kayaking, & tubing. Two adults per canoe or two adults, plus one child. Children under 12 and non-swimmers must wear life jackets.
700 – 1000 CFPS
River is HIGHER than normal. Only experienced canoers and kayakers will be permitted to go on the river. Adventure Pro Outdoors has the right to decide who is experienced.
